Prohibited Uses:

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized system access or account breaches
• Disrupt services or overburden servers

Service Limitations:

At Home VA Staffing provides non-medical in-home care. Caregivers do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or medication administration unless specifically authorized under state regulations and nursing supervision.

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice required for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Section 6: Payment Terms & Billing

Payment terms are governed by your specific Service Agreement.

Billing Procedures:
